Banka Junction railway station


Banka Junction railway station is a station operated by Eastern Railway zone located in Banka town of the Indian state of Bihar. It falls under the Malda railway division of the Eastern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. The railway station has 3 platforms and gives good facilities to the passenger. It is connected to Indian cities of Patna,,, Barahat and through daily passenger and express trains. As of October 2016, four passenger trains originate and just as many depart from the railway station many trains also passes and stops at Banka junction.

It is a busy railway station of Indian Railways and after Bhagalpur junction it is the railway station gives the maximum amount of the money to the Malda division of eastern Railways.
