Baldwin Park is located at , in Missouri. It surrounds Baldwin Lake, but is not a part of the nearest town, Pleasant Hill. The village pays its taxes to Cass County and receives its funding from county, state and federal taxes. As of the 2010 Census, the Population of Baldwin Park was 92. The village has its own Mayor and Board of Trustees, consisting of four members. As of October 2012, the estimated 2.5 miles of roads were redone. The racial makeup of the village was 96.7% White, 1.1% Native American, 1.1% Asian, and 1.1% from two or more races. There were 38 households, of which 34.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.8% were married couplesliving together, 7.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 15.8% had a male householder with no wife present, and 39.5% were non-families. 34.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 3.00. The median age in the village was 38 years. 25% of residents were under the age of 18; 6.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 28.3% were from 25 to 44; 32.6% were from 45 to 64; and 7.6% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the village was 47.8% male and 52.2% female.

The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.26. In the village, the population was spread out, with 36.5% under the age of 18, 2.6% from 18 to 24, 36.5% from 25 to 44, 18.3% from 45 to 64, and 6.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 94.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 73.8 males.
