Ayana Rengiil is a Palauan female tennis player.
Her career-high world ranking as a junior was world number 713, and she finished her junior career with a record of 33–57.
Playing for Pacific Oceania at the Fed Cup, Rengiil has accumulated a win–loss record of 3–0.
Her mother Ernestine Rengiil is a lawyer and a former tennis player. In 2010, she won a gold medal at the 12 Pacific Oceania Tennis Junior Championships
