Ashling is the third book in the Obernewtyn series by Isobelle Carmody.

Synopsis

The powerful Misfit Elspeth is sent to Sutrium, the seat of the ruling totalitarian Council, to seal an alliance between the secret community at Obernewtyn and the rebel forces.
