At the 2010 census Anchor Bay had a population of 340. The population density was 96.8 people per square mile. The racial makeup of Anchor Bay was 301 White, 2 African American, 5 Native American, 2 Asian, 1 Pacific Islander, 12 from other races, and 17 from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 29 people.
The whole population lived in households, no one lived in non-institutionalized group quarters and no one was institutionalized.
There were 174 households, 25 had children under the age of 18 living in them, 85 were opposite-sex married couples living together, 11 had a female householder with no husband present, 6 had a male householder with no wife present.
