Amber Reed


Amber Reed is an English rugby union player. She played at the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup as a member of 's squad. She debuted in 2012 against. She was selected for the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup squad.

Career

She is the niece of former Scottish International Andy Reed. Reed attended the University of Exeter where she attained a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She is currently a professional rugby player, contracted by England Rugby having finished her teacher training as a PE teacher at Colston's School.
Reed has played her club rugby at Bristol Ladies since 2009 and captained the side for the next two seasons.
She achieved a career total of 100 points in 2016 and in 2017 she was in the Six Nations Championship team competing in every match.
