It was founded in November 2009 by a joint venture between Italian and British entrepreneurs from the tourism and transport sector.
On 30 July 2010, it received an Air Operator's Certificate and the Licence for the operation of passenger and cargo transport and on 31 July 2010 it began its own flight activity.Fleet
