Al Faisaliyah Center


The Al Faisaliyah Centre is a commercial skyscraper located in the business district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designed by Foster + Partners, it is the first skyscraper built in Saudi Arabia, and is presently the fourth tallest building in Saudi Arabia after the Kingdom Centre, Burj Rafal and Abraj Al Bait. It is also called Star Dome. The center ranked as the 325 tallest in the world, and the 6th tallest in Saudi Arabia. The round portion at the top of Faisaliah Center is a restaurant called “The Globe”. The Globe is one of the premier restaurants in Saudi Arabia and has 360 degree views that make it unique.

History and structure

The construction of Al Faisaliyah Centre was completed on May 2000. The 267 meters high skyscraper was opened to the public in the same month and it consists of 30 floors.
