The Aiways U5 is an all-electric battery-powered mid-size CUV from Aiways.History
The Aiways U5 production model was publicly unveiled at the 2018 Beijing Auto Show. The car was originally previewed as the Aiways U5 Ion Concept in 2018.
The Aiways U5 is powered by an electric motor producing 190 hp and 350 Nm, with a 63 kWh battery pack giving a range up to NEDC, according to Aiways. The Aiways U5 is expected to have a starting price of 197,900 yuan to 292,100 yuan and 503 kilometer range, upgradable to 623 kilometer.
