APAN Star Awards


The APAN Star Awards is an awards ceremony for excellence in television in South Korea, organized by the Korea Entertainment Management Association. It is held annually since 2012 as part of the Daejeon Drama Festival. The inaugural ceremony K-Drama Star Awards was renamed to APAN Star Awards in 2013; APAN stands for the Asia Pacific Actors Network.
Nominees for the awards are chosen from Korean dramas that aired on the three major broadcasting networks and cable channels from October of the previous year to September of the current year.
