AC Infra


AC Infrastructure Holdings Corporation or simply AC Infra is the Ayala Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary that is established to develop and invest in growing infrastructure of the public and private sectors in mass transportation, urban mobility, and logistics services.
AC Infra has various projects under the public-private partnership of the Philippine government—the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway in 2012, the consortium of Ayala and First Pacific groups, Automated Fare Collection System, and the operation and maintenance of LRT 1 and LRT 1 Cavite Extension project with Metro Pacific and Macquarie groups.

Affiliates

AC Infra has different affiliates that carry out operations of tollways, railways, contact payment system, and logistics service.

MCX Tollway

MCX Tollway Inc. operates and maintains the Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway. It is the Ayala’s first toll road project awarded in year 2011 under the PPP program. AC Infra has 80% stake in MCX with its partner Getinsa Ingenieria S.L., a Spanish firm that provides infrastructure management service.
MCX is 4-km and 4-lane expressway that connects Daang Hari and Daang Reyna roads in Las Piñas and Bacoor, Cavite to the South Luzon Expressway. It started its operations in July 2015 and serves motorists travelling from Cavite to south of Metro Manila and Laguna. The project has 30 years of concession period which includes operations and maintenance of the expressway.

Light Rail Manila Corporation

Light Rail Manila Corporation is engaged in the development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, and management among others for railways and railroad projects and other transportation systems for the public and private sectors. It is a joint venture with Metro Pacific.
LRMC operates and maintains the Manila Light Rail Transit System Line 1 —a railway consists of 20 stations and runs on 19.65 kilometers of fully elevated route from Monumento in Caloocan to Baclaran in Parañaque and with extension project to Cavite.

AF Payments

AF Payments Inc. is a company that provides cashless payments technology, a partnership of Ayala and First Pacific groups. It has a product Beep card under the Automated Fare Collection System project of the Philippine government.
Through Beep card, a contactless payment system, it unifies payment collections in rail transport lines in Metro Manila. It can be used also with buses, retail outlets and toll roads that accept Beep payments.

Entrego

Entrego is a technology driven fulfilment and logistics solutions provider and is AC Infra’s first venture outside of its portfolio of government projects. It is a joint venture of Ayala and Global Fashion Group. AC Infra owns 60 percent of the joint venture.
It started as Zalora Philippines’ logistics division and now gives e-commerce logistics ecosystem including management of parcel, document, and bulky deliveries.
