2020 Gilgit Baltistan Assembly election
The 2020 Gilgit Baltistan Assembly election will be held on 18 August 2020 to elect the Gilgit-Baltistan Legislative Assembly in Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. The current assembly term ended on 24 June 2020, although the date of the election is in doubt because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has hit Gilgit-Baltistan especially hard.Background
