2014–15 Gateshead F.C. season
The 2014–15 season was Gateshead's sixth consecutive season in the Conference Premier and their 17th at this level in total. They finished the season in 10th place in the league, and made it to the third round of the FA Cup for the first time in 60 years.

- 25 May 2014: Gateshead announce their first pre-season friendlies against Leyton Orient and Stamford.
- 12 June 2014: Gateshead announce striker Jon Shaw has returned to the club, two years after leaving to join Luton Town.
- 26 June 2014: St Mirren announce the signing of James Marwood from Gateshead.
- 30 June 2014: Gateshead announce the signings of defenders Andrai Jones & Tom Allan, winger JJ O'Donnell and striker Michael Rankine.
- 1 July 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of striker Lewis Guy.
- 2 July 2014: Gateshead announce Paul Bryson and midfielder Micky Cummins as joint reserves & youth team coaches.
- 7 July 2014: Gateshead announce the match against Newcastle United XI on 18 July will be James Curtis's testimonial.
- 14 July 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of winger Alex Rodman following his release from Grimsby Town.
- 22 July 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of left-back Ryan Wilson following a successful trial.
- 2 August 2014: Midfielder Greg McDermott signs on non-contract terms after playing in nine of Gateshead's ten pre season games.
- 19 August 2014: Sky Sports report Peterborough United have made a bid for winger Marcus Maddison.
- 27 August 2014: Gateshead announce Marcus Maddison has joined Peterborough United for a club record, six-figure fee. The fee was later reported to be an initial £250,000 with a further £250,000 depending on appearances & goals.
- 29 August 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of striker Danny Wright following his release from Forest Green Rovers.
- 11 September 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of striker Carl Finnigan until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
- 3 October 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of midfielder Matty Pattison until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.
- 4 October 2014: Striker Danny Wright is named the Conference Player of the Month for September.
- 10 October 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of defender Callum Howe on a one-month loan from Scunthorpe United.
- 16 October 2014: Dunston UTS announce the signing of Greg McDermott.
- 30 October 2014: It is announced that defender Nick Anderton has signed on a one-month loan from Preston North End.
- 11 November 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of striker Tom Heardman on a one-month loan from Newcastle United.
- 18 November 2014: Gateshead announce the signing of defender Valentin Gjokaj on non-contract terms and the departure of forward James Brown.
- 8 December 2014: Gateshead make it to the third round of the FA Cup for the first time since the 1951–52 season and are drawn away to Premier League side West Bromwich Albion.
- 7 January 2015: Gateshead announce the signing of defender/midfielder Matty Robson on loan from Carlisle United until the end of the season.
- 15 January 2015: Gateshead announce the signing of winger Kevin Sainte-Luce following his release from AFC Wimbledon.
- 16 January 2015: Gateshead announce the signings of Adam Campbell and Callum Roberts on loan from Newcastle United on one month youth loans.
- 20 January 2015: Gateshead announce striker Danny Wright has left the club and joined Kidderminster Harriers.
- 21 January 2015: Gateshead announce striker Lewis Guy has left the club by mutual consent.
- 27 February 2015: Gateshead announce the signing of Lynden Gooch on loan from Sunderland on a 28-day youth loan.
- 19 March 2015: Gateshead announce the signing of Josh Gillies on loan from Carlisle United until the end of the season.
