2010–11 Gateshead F.C. season
The 2010–11 season was Gateshead's second consecutive season in the Conference National and their 13th at this level. They switched from being part-time to a full-time club with a professional squad at the beginning of the season, with manager Ian Bogie signing a two-year contract. Adam Sadler was announced to be replacing Jeff Wrightson as assistant manager, as Wrightson was unable to continue the role full-time. However, Sadler left the club to join Plymouth Argyle on 6 July, after only two months at Gateshead. Terry Mitchell, former Director of Youth Development at Hartlepool United, was named as his replacement 3 days later.
Gateshead fielded a reserve team in The Central League for the 2010–11 season, which was managed by Paul Bryson. This was the first reserve team they had fielded since entering a team in the Wearside League in the 2004–05 season.
