Étienne Delcambre
Étienne Delcambre - historian and archivist from France. He was born on February 3, 1897 in Seclin and died on August 18, 1961 in Nancy. He graduated from the École des Chartes. He was awarded the Prix Erckmann-Chatrian, the prix Gobert, the 1re médaille des Antiquités de la France.
